THE ASIRI FOUNDATION

Overview

The Asiri Foundation is the formal vehicle created for the purpose of running and supporting Asiri CSR programs.
The Foundation’s primary activities are in the following sectors:
• Education
• Healthcare

Objectives

Bridge the education funding gap for students from deserving backgrounds.
Build productive citizens of the future by championing holistic student development through mentorship, co-curricular and apprenticeship programs.
Provide basic maternal healthcare support to mothers from deserving backgrounds.

Education Program

Education is the primary activity of the Foundation, students from deserving backgrounds but with average grade attainment are often overlooked by merit-based scholarship. The Foundation hopes to support up to 35 students within five years of operations.
Each student will be fully covered for both tuition and other education-related expenses. The Foundation will maintain an equal boy to girl ratio.

Maternal Healthcare Program

The Foundation targets to launch the maternal healthcare program in the 4th year (2024) of its operations. The Foundation’s maternity program will seek to partner with low-end private hospitals and will cover mothers for both normal and CS births. We estimate that there will be one CS delivery in every five child births. The Foundation’s goal is to support at least two cases per week.
